No youth athlete is the same. Your youth athletes training should be based on their age, stage of development, and the sport that they play. Even the way that your child learns and develops skills is vastly unique. When we program for our athletes, we first consider the needs of the individual.
Your Youth Athlete is Unique
The schedule of the modern day youth athlete is chaotic to say the least. Our typical training schedule is in operation between 3pm-7pm. However, our 1:1 training allows us to be flexible outside of those hours.
Train Around Your Schedule
In our 1:1 training environment we can provide the athlete with the attention to detail that they need. Whether it is providing cuing on a particular exercise or assessing testing data, we can support them with feedback that directs their development.
